Breathwork is an ancient tradition that is re-entering our collective awareness as a powerful, evidence-based practice for healing. Revival Work uses Conscious Connected Breathing, also known as Holotropic Breathwork, that is grounded in BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System® (BBTRS®). This revolutionary modality is influenced by the works of Dr. Peter Levine (Somatic Experiencing), psychedelic assisted therapy, bodywork, energetics, and traditional ceremonial elements. BBTRS® supports the unlocking and release of stored muscular tension, physical/emotional trauma, and energetic stagnation that is held in the body. This multi-faceted technique also utilizes conscious movement, sound expression, meditation, therapeutic touch, and emotional expression to promote holistic healing and release.
